NBCC Secures New Work Orders Worth ₹47.04 Crore

NBCC India has secured new work orders estimated at ₹47.04 crore.

What Happened: The company made the announcement on Thursday afternoon. The work orders include the SIDBI Vashi Redevelopment Project and Operation & Maintenance works at the International Craft Complex in New Delhi. The SIDBI project, valued at ₹42.04 crore, is an additional sanction to the previously intimated work order of ₹100 crore announced in March 2023.

The maintenance work at the International Craft Complex, commissioned by the Office of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, is valued at ₹5 crore.

This new acquisition of work orders comes on the heels of a series of successful bids by NBCC. In September 2024, the company secured a work order worth approximately ₹101 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for constructing permanent office buildings for its Regional Offices (ROs) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs).

Earlier in the same month, NBCC was awarded a work order worth approximately ₹ 75 crore for the construction and development of various infrastructure works at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Nagpur.

Furthermore, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited, secured a project worth ₹1,261 crore from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for the establishment of an All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Darbhanga, Bihar.

Price Action: NBCC’s share price was down 3.13% to trade at ₹174.55 on Thursday afternoon.
