As singer D4vd is still not charged or arrested and not even named as a person of interest in the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, several theories are coming up. And one of them has been floated by private investigator Steve Fischer. Fischer has been collecting details about D4vd's Tesla, where Celeste's rotting body was found. He claimed several people connected to Celeste's family reached out to him and they said the last time they had any contact with Celeste was in July.
Celeste's body was found on September 8. Celeste was registered as a missing person since 2024. But she was in touch with some family members, as claimed by Fischer. Also, Celeste ran away from her 'disturbing' family several times in the past and this was another similar episode until it was not and she was dead.
'If Celeste suffered an overdose'
Fisher floated a possibility that there are probably no homicide charges if Celeste suffered an overdose and they (D4vd, his manager) panicked and put her body in the car trunk. "While Manner of Death (natural, homicide, accidental, suicide, undetermined) can be ruled at anytime the Cause of Death will not be determined until the toxicology results are back which could take 60-120 days (assuming they were able to get a sample). A crime absolutely happened here, she didn't put herself in the Tesla, but it doesn't mean it's homicide automatically. If she didn't die at the hands of someone else and was placed there after the fact then it's a different crime," Fischer opined.
What was Celeste's actual age?
D4vd's friends have claimed that Celeste had several fake IDs and they thought she was 19 years old. But Fischer confirmed that D4vd and his manager, Josh Marshal, can't claim innocence in this matter as Josh was informed by a person when Celeste was considered a missing teen. "I've spoken to someone who notified Josh Marshall’s camp back in 2024 that Celeste was considered a missing person. Immediately after, Celeste returned home, only to run away again. Josh (D4vd's manager) cannot claim he wasn’t aware that Celeste was an underage runaway," Fischer said.

'If Celeste suffered an overdose'
One possibility to consider in the death of #CelesteRivasHernandez is that there are no homicide charges. If Celeste suffered an overdose and they panicked and hid the body because it would expose David as a P3D0 (see what I did there D4vd?) then that would be abuse of a corpse…
