The key meet—held for the first time since Operation Sindoor—was attended by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh .
A defence official told PTI that Operation Sindoor was a 'targeted, punitive initiative to eliminate terror infrastructure across the Line of Control and within Pakistan, demonstrating a coordinated tri-services action characterised by precision and professionalism.'

The previous CCC was held in Bhopal in 2023.
