T'puram: In the backdrop of Operation Sindoor, 75 students returning to Kerala from universities in conflict-affected border states reached Kerala House in New Delhi on Friday night and early Saturday morning. The students are from various central and state universities in Jammu, Rajasthan and Punjab. They are expected to return home by trains and flights.
In view of the conflict, a 24x7 control room has been set up at Kerala House to provide assistance and information to Malayali students and other Keralites in the border states, a statement from the chief minister's office said.
The control room functions under the additional resident commissioner Chetan Kumar Meena. Control room helpline number is 01123747079.
