Mohsin Naqvi To Meet Jay ShahAccording to a report by Geo News, Pakistan Cricket Board president Mohsin Naqvi is set to meet BCCI secretary and incumbent ICC chairman Jay Shah in Dubai during the Women's T20 World Cup 2024 final. This might be crucial especially considering the concerns over India travelling to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy 2025. ICC Yet To Approve Final Champions Trophy ScheduleThe Geo New report also states that the International Cricket Council (ICC) is yet to send the final approval to the PCB for the schedule of the Champions Trophy 2025, as the latter are waiting for this approval to begin their logistical arrangements for the tournament.The PCB has already informed the ICC to sign the schedule as soon as possible to ensure smooth preparations for the event. Pakistan's apex cricketing bdy has also reportedly made provisional bookings based on their draft schedule and are set to be finalising it soon. Which Stadium Are Set To Host Champions Trophy?The PCB had reportedly proposed Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi as the three venues for the Champions Trophy 2025 according to the draft schedule prepared by them. The final is set to take place in Lahore, while India are set to play all their matches in Lahore, including the blockbuster clash against hosts Pakistan.
