favourite Isabel Hodgins has officially tied the knot to her partner Adam Whitehead in a sweet ceremony. The 31-year-old actress, who has played Victoria Sugden since 2006, shared a touching snap of her in her wedding dress on Sunday (April 13).
The soap siren shared two polaroid snaps from their big day on Instagram, including a picture of her kissing her new husband. In another shot, the happy couple showed off their matching wedding bands on their finger. She was flooded with congratulatory messages from her co-stars online.
Laura Norton penned: "Best day ever" as Eden Taylor-Draper posted: "Screaming crying throwing up". Daisy Campbell added: "So happy for you Iz."
In 2023, Isabel announced that she was engaged to her long-term boyfriend. At the time she shared the exciting news with a video of the special moment which took place as they enjoyed a lavish dinner together.
In the video, Isabel was seen looking over the moon as Adam presented her with the sparkling ring just one year after they started dating. She captioned the touching post: "The most incredible night of my life.
"I said yes to marrying my best friend. My kind, sweet, patient, and generous perfect person. I can't wait to spend forever with you." Isabel made her relationship public with Adam back in December 2022 - not long after she was said to have been enjoying a "romance with a co-star" in a "fling that rocked the cast".
On the ITV soap, her character is married to Adam Barton, played by Adam Thomas, but off-screen she was dating her onscreen brother-in-law Mike Parr - who played Ross Barton on the show.
She began secretly dating Michael, who joined Emmerdale in 2013, in real life a couple of years later. The pair let the cat out of the bag on July 15, 2016, when each posted snaps from identical locations while on a romantic break in Paris.
