Strictly Come Dancing fans are abuzz with speculation that Tasha Ghouri might clinch the Glitterball in this year's BBC spectacle, having spotted an enormous hint at her potential victory.

As the eagerly awaited 2024 season of Strictly launched with a bang, welcoming back the dynamic hosting duo Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, the competition heated up with 15 fresh pairings all vying to dazzle and shine their way to the top.

With exciting routines on the horizon, each celebrity is itching for the chance to make their mark on the famous leaderboard.

Tasha Ghouri and her returning professional partner Aljaz Skorjanec took to the stage with a scintillating Cha Cha to the beats of Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter.

The performance notably impressed the judging panel, with head judge Shirley Ballas expressing awe at Tasha's technique.

Shirley provided glowing praise, remarking: "You're on your way to have one of the most spectacular leg actions I think I have ever seen on the show."

Claudia underscored the compliment as "extraordinary" sparking predictions from fans that Tasha has what it takes to take home the ultimate prize, reports the Mirror.

Social media platforms exploded with support for Tasha following her debut, with one viewer posting: "I loved Tasha. What a dance! !!! #Strictly."

Others joined in admiration, announcing: "Tasha is SENSATIONAL #Strictly" and "Tasha Ghouri was absolutely incredible on strictly, she is sooooo good #Strictly."

Someone else anticipated a strong run from the pairing, predicting: "ALJAZ is back Him and Tasha for the final #Strictly".

Although the judges will provide feedback and the celebrities will receive scores, no one will be sent home in the first week. The real drama begins in week two when one celebrity will be eliminated permanently.

Audiences can get involved when the lines open next Saturday (September 28) for week two, with the first elimination of the series airing the following night (Sunday, September 29).

Tonight's excitement will commence at 7pm on BBC One, but there won't be a results show this weekend.
