In today's busy life, many people do not pay attention to their diet, which leads to liver problems. Irregular diet, excessive fried food, and other bad habits can damage the liver. Problems like fat accumulation in the liver, inflammation, and infection can be common, which can deteriorate the health of the liver.

Signs of liver problems: According to Dr Amit Kumar, founder of Shatayu Ayurveda and Panchajanya Center in Hardoi, UP, it is very important to identify liver problems. If there is difficulty in digesting food, it may be a sign that there is a problem in your liver. Apart from this, bad breath, dark spots under the eyes, stomach pain, not digesting food properly, white spots on the skin, and dark color of urine or stool can also be signs of liver damage. According to Dr Amit, sometimes due to malfunctioning of the digestive system, fat gets accumulated in the liver, which affects the functioning of the liver. If the liver is not functioning properly, then bad breath can also occur.

Prevention and treatment of liver disease: The most important thing to prevent liver problems is timely identification. Dr. Amit says that it is not right to take medicines until the correct information about the liver condition is not available. Appropriate medicines are given only after correct identification of liver disease. Apart from this, the effect of treatment may be reduced if the liver condition is not identified.

Treatment and home remedies: If the liver has not reached cirrhosis, then home remedies can also be effective. Dr. Amit said that coffee powder can be a good remedy. Consuming coffee without milk and sugar helps in removing fat from the liver. Apart from this, turmeric can also be helpful in curing the liver. Turmeric prevents the hepatitis B and C viruses from growing.

What to eat and what not to eat: People with fatty liver grade two can get relief by consuming apple cider vinegar mixed with honey. Fruits like amla, papaya, and mango are rich in vitamins and can be beneficial for the liver. Along with this, avoiding fried foods and consuming a simple diet can help reduce liver problems.
