Infosys Ditches Email Job Offers: What Job Seekers Need to Know

Send Push

Infosys, the global IT leader, has introduced a new recruitment process, requiring job applicants to access their offer letters and application details through the company's internal system, rather than via email. This move is aimed at preventing fraudulent hiring practices and enhancing the overall recruitment experience for job seekers.

Under the new system, candidates will no longer receive job offers or attachments through email. Instead, they must log into Infosys' internal platform to view their job application details. This update is designed to prevent scams targeting potential recruits and make the recruitment process more secure and efficient.

On Infosys' career website, applicants will now find a notice that reads: "Infosys offer letters and associated documents are only available on our career site. Candidates can access these using their login credentials. We no longer send offer letters with attachments via email. If in doubt, you can validate your offer letter by following this link."

Partnership with Microsoft

In addition to updating its hiring process, Infosys has expanded its partnership with Microsoft to boost global adoption of generative AI and Microsoft's cloud platform, Azure. The collaboration aims to enhance customer experiences and streamline business operations through the integration of Microsoft's generative AI suite with Infosys' solutions, such as Topaz, Cobalt, and Aster.

Infosys plans to leverage Microsoft’s AI capabilities to help clients achieve cost-efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Nicole Dezen, Microsoft’s Chief Partner Officer, said the expanded partnership will drive AI adoption and deliver transformative solutions across various industries.
