The National Testing Agency (NTA) has unveiled the timetable for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026. According to the announcement, registration for Session 1 will begin in October, with the examination set to take place from January 21 to January 30, 2026.
For Session 2, registrations are expected to start in the final week of January 2026, and the exam will occur between April 1 and April 10, 2026.
As stated in the notification, the NTA will administer the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) - 2026 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) format across two sessions (January and April 2026). The online application for Session 1 will be available on the official website (https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/) starting in October 2025.
