Steve is best known as the founder of construction business Redrow. The entrepreneur - whose net worth is £915 million, according to the - shares son Red and a daughter with his ex-wife Fiona Boustead.
Gemma and her partner are thought to have spent time together in recently, with her having been on a trip to the with her family. Photos from the holiday - which has included a visit to the Dubai World Cup event - have been shared on .
One photo showed Gemma and her parents sat among a group on board a yacht. Gemma and an individual, believed to be Red, were sat between Michael and his wife Louise Owen in the photo, which was shared by another guest.
It's been suggested that Gemma and her apparent partner looked "very cosy" whilst soaking up the sun as part of the group of tourists in the photo. Reality TV star Gemma had her hand on his arm, which was placed on her leg.
Gemma appears to have since shared a photo of herself and the individual from the same boat trip on her Instagram Story. They were seen sitting together whilst looking at a phone in the recent post, which didn't have a caption.
A source told the Sun that Gemma and her "new boyfriend" have known each other for some time. The outlet further reports that Gemma - who is an international dressage rider - is said to have mixed in the same equestrian circles as him.

The apparent new relationship comes almost three years on from Gemma appearing on Love Island in 2022. She was on the show alongside the likes of and , who went on to win the series.
Gemma made it to the final alongside Luca, with the pair then named the runner-up couple. They later became official but announced in separate statements months after the show ended that they had decided to part ways.
Sharing the news with fans, as reported at the time, Gemma said: "It wasn't an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for both of us right now." She added: "Many of you have been on this journey with us from the very beginning, and I want to thank you for your continued support as we start new chapters."
