American Sweet Corn Chaat
These things will be needed

American corn- 100 grams (corn kernels)

Onion- 1 (chopped)

Lemon juice- 1

Butter- 2 teaspoons

Chaat masala- half teaspoon

Tamarind water- 2 teaspoons

Tomato- 1 (chopped)

Green chili- 5 (chopped)

Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon

Red chili- 1 teaspoon

Salt- 1 teaspoon

Method of American Sweet Corn Chaat

First of all, soak the sweet corn in a vessel for 2 hours. Then put it in a cooker along with water. Add salt and cook on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Now heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and tomato and fry lightly. After frying, add boiled sweet corn and mix it well.

Then add all the spices to it. After adding all the spices, cook the corn chaat on low flame for 5 minutes. When the spices are roasted, turn off the gas.

Now add 2 teaspoons of tamarind water on top. Take it out in a plate. Then add lemon juice and serve hot.

These things will be needed

For the dough

Wheat flour- 2 cups

Ghee- half cup

Salt- according to taste

Water- according to need

Semolina- 1 cup

For the stuffing

Green peas- 1 cup

Oil- 1 teaspoon

Asafoetida- 1 pinch

Green chilli- 4 (finely chopped)

Ginger paste- half teaspoon

Fennel- 1 teaspoon

Garam masala- half teaspoon

Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon

Red chilli- 1 teaspoon

Cumin- 1 teaspoon

Salt- according to taste

Green coriander- finely chopped

Prepare Matar Bati like this

First of all, keep the ingredients mentioned above ready. Then add wheat flour, semolina, ghee and salt in a vessel and mix well.

Then mix ghee well in the flour so that it becomes like a dough. When you mix it with your hands, you will make balls instantly.

Knead a hard dough by adding water little by little. Cover the dough and keep it for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, fennel and asafoetida to it. When it starts crackling, add finely chopped green chilies and ginger paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Now add boiled peas to it and mash on low flame so that the peas break.

After this add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix well. Cook it for 5-7 minutes so that the pea mixture dries up.

Then add green coriander to it and make round balls and keep it for some time. Fill it inside the dough and close it well.

Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then place the batis in a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Keep stirring in between, so that the bati becomes golden and crispy from all sides. When it is ready, take it out in a plate and serve it hot.

Namkeen Khaja

These things will be needed

Flour- 2 cups

Semolina- 1 cup

Ghee- 1 teaspoon

Celery- half teaspoon

Black pepper powder- half teaspoon

Salt- according to taste

Water- according to need

Oil- according to need

Prepare Namkeen Khaja like this

First of all, prepare the ingredients mentioned above. After this, put semolina, celery, black pepper powder, ghee and flour in a bowl and mix well.

Then add water to the flour and knead it well. After this, keep it for 15-20 minutes, so that it sets well.

Divide the kneaded dough into 3-4 parts. Then take small balls and roll them into chapatis with the help of a rolling pin.

Now apply a little ghee or oil on one layer and sprinkle dry flour. Then place the second layer on top of the first and keep doing this.

Now that all the layers are rolled, then roll all the layers together. Press each piece lightly and roll it so that it becomes flat.

While rolling, keep in mind that its layers should be visible separately. During this time, you can keep a pan on the gas to heat it.

When the oil is heated well, take it out in a bowl, add chaat masala on top and serve.
