Gaya saw the highest turnout so far at 15.97%, followed by Kishanganj (15.81%), Jamui (15.77%), and Aurangabad (15.43%). Meanwhile, Bhagalpur (13.43%), Katihar (13.77%), and Jahanabad (13.81%) witnessed relatively lower participation in the early hours.
