Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], November 4 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday rallied in Jharkhand, urging voters to support the BJP for development ahead of the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections, where he took a swipe at the Jharkhand government for associating with infiltrators.
The Madhya Pradesh CM also underlined the need for honest leadership to make the state the best in India.
While campaigning in Ranchi, he said, "I appeal to everyone to support the BJP, and there are a lot of possibilities of development in Jharkhand. Jharkhand has the potential to become the number one state in the country and it needs honest leadership like the BJP." Yadav expressed confidence in the BJP's victory, promising to "drive out the Bangladeshi infiltrators" and criticized the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Congress for aligning with those he labelled as infiltrators.
In Khalari, Yadav further condemned the Jharkhand government. During his public rally, he said, "They even hesitate to say 'Bharat Mata ki Jai.' The true patriots of the country are standing at the borders of the country and protecting it from anti-India people... It is the responsibility of the state government to drive away these anti-India people." During the rally, the MP CM also urged the public to respond by voting for the soldiers, culture, and pride of the country.

Earlier in the day, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, BJP's election in-charge for Jharkhand, expressed optimism, stating that Khijri residents are united to ensure the BJP's victory for development, security, and better opportunities across the state.
Speaking to party workers in Khijri, he said, "The people of Khijri have taken the resolution to save Jharkhand's 'mati, beti, and roti.' Everyone has unitedly decided to make BJP win so development will take place... infiltrators can be thrown out, youths can get jobs... law and order situations can be improved... we will win all the seats in Jharkhand."

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla also criticised the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha-Congress alliance, calling it the "biggest threat" to the 'Roti, Beti, Maati, Sanskriti' of the tribal community in the state. "They (the people) are supporting BJP as they know that JMM-Congress is the biggest threat to the 'Roti, Beti, Maati, Sanskriti' of the tribal community... The people have seen it happen in the last five years. There is an existential threat they are facing, and therefore they have stood up against this kind of JMM 'Jhol, Mafia, and Muslim appeasement' government," Poonawalla told ANI. (ANI)
