Olivia Attwood lost for words as TV star, 34, undergoes dramatic face and neck lift

Olivia Attwood was stunned as Real Housewives of Cheshire star Ashley Stobart opened up about her cosmetic surgeries.

Ashley, who runs the Nip Tuck podcast with her mate Lauren Harris, appeared on star Olivia's So Wrong It's Right podcast to discuss everything she underwent. Getting right to the details, Olivia said: "Ashley, let's talk about the facelift because I know people will be obsessed with this. Three months ago you had a full facelift [...] People are going to be like, what the f***, she's 34, this is insane."

Three months ago, she underwent a full face, neck and lip lift. She explained: "From years of filling, dissolving, filling, dissolving, treating, the new s**t, all this, I just had lost definition in my face. I didn't look like me anymore because I'd been filled up, put back in. Obviously, I was pregnant a number of times in a short period of time.

"And when you have got fillers and you're pregnant, fillers hold on to water. So my face was like... massive. I loved it. And then I had this double chin, which was not a good look. So yeah, I just was like, I need a facelift and I went and had one." Leaving Olivia speechless, she said the doctor took off four centimetres off each side of her face.

Olivia replied: "But you still look like you. You don't look like a different person. You haven't walked in here and I've gone [shocked face]." Olivia then grimaced when Ashley revealed the surgeon ended up squeezing filler out of her face 'for hours'. Fans were divided by the procedure and rushed to comment on it.

One user said on the podcast's video: "I want the name of the surgeon!!! U look amazing," while another said: "She actually looks so pretty [crown emoji] Facelift should be considered a tightening treatment." One unconvinced fan said: "I'm so glad I couldn't afford this stuff when I was impressionable."

In a separate post on her page, Ashley told fans she further discusses all her treatments and procedures on her podcast, Nip Tuck. During the same podcast with Olivia, the RHOCH star said she was repeatedly "rejected" by a surgeon who she emailed every year but was refused due to her age.

Ashley said: “The person that we talked about before, yeah. Every year I used to send him an email - ‘please?’ No try again next year. No try again next year. So it went on for four years." He eventually said yes but she was shocked to find out his price increased to a starting point of £60,000.

Her pal eventually referred her to another surgeon.
