Emily Atack has shared a rare snap of baby Barney as she glams up for an event.

The 34-year-old went to the premiere for her new Disney+ show Rivals. The actress looked as stunning as ever as she posed in a black mini dress just a few months after having her first son.

She took to her Instagram page where she showed the getting ready process as she held Barney as she got her hair and makeup done. She shares her son with her scientist partner Dr Alistair Garner.

Emily plays the role of Sarah Stratton in Rivals which is an adaptation of the Jilly Cooper novel of the same name. Sarah has an affair with Rupert Campbell-Black who is played by actor Alex Hassell.

Danny Dyer and David Tennent, who play Freddie Jones and Lord Tony Baddingham are also in the cast. The description of the programme reads: "The story is set against the backdrop of the drama, excess, and shocking antics of the power-grabbing social elite of 1980s England.

"In the fictional county of Rutshire, a long-standing rivalry between two powerful men is about to boil over. Alex Hassell plays dashing ex-Olympian, Tory Member of Parliament and incorrigible rake, the dangerously charismatic Rupert Campbell-Black. David Tennant plays Rupert's single-mindedly ambitious and egotistical Rutshire neighbour Lord Tony Baddingham, controller of Corinium Television."

Emily gave birth to Barney back in June when she announced she had become a mum for the first time. The actress took to Instagram to share the joyous news, complete with an adorable photo of the little one. Emily, who excitedly announced her pregnancy back in December, expressed her elation in a heartfelt Instagram post, telling her fans that her "dreams have come true".

The new mum penned: "We have a beautiful son. Barney James Garner. All my dreams have come true." Emily first revealed the exciting news of her pregnancy back in December and kept them in loop by documenting her experiences on social media. Then in a tell-all chat on Loose Women, she disclosed that it was a baby boy on the way as she opened up about her symptoms and thoughts on becoming a mother again.

Speaking candidly on Loose Women about how she's been handling the pregnancy, she confessed: "It's not a barrel of laughs is it?! It's so exciting, it's very, very hard but I feel extremely connected to my body in ways that I've never been before. I used to get told off by my friends for not looking after myself enough and staying up too late and all of that and now I'm like, 'No, my body is a vessel'. It's so important that I get an early night and I'm really looking after myself."
