The near-death experience happened inon October 23. The footage, filmed by the electrician's colleague, shows him attempting to access a faulty part of the substation when all of a sudden, sparks fly and huge erupt straight into his face.

His colleague continues to film as the substation erupts in an inferno of flames and sparks before retreating to a safe distance as well.
