Homes Under the Hammer's Martel Maxwell issue a warning to buyers after she spotted a huge problem with a property.
On Wednesday's episode of the hit programme, the presenter headed off to Seascale, in Cumbia, and took us around a detached four-bedroom house on the market for £150,000.
At first things seemed promising, yet upon entering, the 47 year old was left underwhelmed by the extent of renovation needed, quickly spotting the soppy, caving ceiling and not shying away from the expense it.
She told Harper that this won't be easy on the wallet, noting, "Looking up to the ceiling, it's wet, which tells me there's a problem with the roof."

And without blinking an eye, she cautioned, "We have to put that right but I'd wager you might need a whole new roof and that's not going to be cheap.", reports .
Taking on the formidable project were Matthew and Jill of North Yorkshire, who owned a racking and shelving business and were eager to call the place home despite its daunting challenges.
Jill remained optimistic about their ambitious venture, declaring, "What's the worst that could happen. The roof might need to be re-done and the walls might fall down but it's an adventure."
Martel was quick to caution, warning: "Let's talk about the not so brilliant bit and that's the fact that it's going to cost a lot of money to do this. You paid £155k."
Matthew recognised the hefty investment required, foreseeing approximately a year to finish the project.
Later in the programme, Martel caught up with the couple, facing quite the journey before their home's completion. As they predicted, they've already forked out £100,000, with plans to shell out another £150k to £200k.
Local estate agent Chris Perkins believes they've hit the jackpot if they opt to sell, noting: "It's difficult to give an exact figure because there is still a lot of work to do but I think you're looking at over £400k."
